Tokyo Game Show has come and gone and there were a lot of new gameplay trailers and updates of some of our favorite games.
Here is a recap of what was unveiled over the course of the game show.
Microsoft Flight Simulator
The highly-rated flight simulator game is a free theme update for all those who have Microsoft Flight Simulator on September 29. This update will include a Japanese theme that will allow players to fly over the land of the rising sun.
NieR Replicant release date
Earlier in the year, publisher Square Enix revealed a tease of a potential remake of NieR: Gestalt, and at the Tokyo Game Show fans were excited to found out that Replicant now has a release date.
Square Enix announced this new version, which will launch on PC, PS4, and Xbox, and has the unenviable title of NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139.
Replicant will be a full remake of the original game meaning that everything has been rebuilt from the ground up which has fans excited for. NieR Replicant will be released on 23 April 2021.
Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity new gameplay
The latest installment in the Legend of Zelda series has got many fans hyped for its upcoming release and the TGS, new gameplay was released. Age of Calamity acts as a sequel to the 2014 release Hyrule Warriors and as a prequel to 2017's hit success Breathe of the Wild.
If players have a Breathe of the Wild save on their switch, they will obtain a wooden training sword and other items that can only be obtained through this method. It is unclear yet if this special edition will be available in the western release just yet.
Cyberpunk 2077 Livestream
During the TGS, fans were treated to a special treat as a Cyberpunk 2077 live stream was aired during the show. This stream contained 9 minutes of new and unedited gameplay for fans to watch. Hiroshi Sakakibara, the environment city co-ordinator for Cyberpunk also detailed how Night City was designed and how the game's nightlife came about.
Resident Evil 8: Village and Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness
Fans of Resident Evil would have been happy to finally see some new gameplay footage of the upcoming release. CAPCOM detailed how Resident Evil 8 will have more exploration then 7 did.
CAPCOM also announced the production of Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness, a CGI episodic series that will air on Netflix in 2021. The show's plot is still unknown but Leon Kennedy and Clair Redfield as the shows main characters.

- Kingdom Hearts: Melody of Memory will be getting a playable demo in mid-October, ahead of its release on November 13, 2020.
-Vergil Is Coming to Devil May Cry 5 on PS4 and Xbox One via DLC.
-Scarlet Nexus will have two playable characters each with different campaigns.
-Ni No Kuni: Cross Worlds had its first gameplay trailer.
-The Medium got a new trailer introducing new characters.
-Monster Hunter Rise got a new gameplay trailer showing off new gameplay mechanics.
